Receptionist

A Holmes Lumber Receptionist answers all incoming calls.  Performs clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning and faxing.   An outgoing personality and strong customer service skills are vital for this position

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Excellent telephone skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills, self motivated and able to work
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Office related experience
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Receptionist

  • Promptly answers and directs incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel. 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, with various deadlines. 
  • Greets visitors in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner and alerts proper party regarding their arrival.

Administrative

  • Assists with clerical duties as needed such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, etc.
